Safely operate window cleaning equipment, including ladders, extension poles, and related tools. Deliver high-quality, streak-free results while maintaining safety standards. Work independently to complete scheduled cleaning assignments efficiently. Maintain equipment and represent the company with professionalism. Qualifications: Previous professional window cleaning experience. Experience with commercial window cleaning equipment and techniques. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Strong attention to detail and leadership potential. Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record.
