Assistant Administrator/Assistant Executive Director Address: 164 Parkingway Quincy MA 02169 Hancock Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an Assistant Administrator/Assistant Executive Director to join our leadership team! This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed Nursing Home Administrator or recently completed an AIT looking to gain hands‑on operational experience and take the next step! Responsibilities Work directly with the Administrator in the day-to-day operations of the facility Participate in leadership meetings, operational reviews, and facility rounds Support regulatory compliance and ongoing survey readiness Review key operational and financial metrics and assist with action plans- Assist with private collections and other collection activities Provide oversight and assistance to Hancock Park's 42-apartment Assisted Living Community, located on campus Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives Work with Nursing and department leaders to support strong clinical and operational outcomes Assist with recruitment, retention, staffing, employee relations, and leadership development Support resident and family relations and assist with resolving concerns Participate in admissions, census development, marketing, and community relations Participate in special projects and organizational initiatives Assume additional administrative responsibilities as delegated by the Administrator Qualifications Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator license strongly preferred Recent graduate of an approved Massachusetts Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or a related field preferred Skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Desire to build a long-term career in skilled nursing leadership Benefits Competitive salary Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Employer-paid life insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid vacation and personal time Holiday pay Employee discount program Career advancement opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr BaneCare Management
