What Your Day Looks Like As An Outside Sales Representative, You Will Engage with customers and build strong, lasting relationships Recommend agricultural equipment and solutions based on customer needs Stay informed on John Deere products, competitive brands, equipment values, incentive programs, and financing options Develop effective sales plans and outreach strategies Conduct field equipment demonstrations and assist with operator training Oversee equipment delivery and ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with management to support growth and maintain competitive positioning Monitor agricultural trends to stay ahead of customer needs Every day you'll be on the front lines of our business, making an impact through service, expertise, and sales performance.
