PRN Mid-Level Provider – Indianapolis, IN $1,500 BONUS!

Half paid out after 30 days and other half paid after 90 days!

At SynergenX-Low-T, we believe great patient care starts with great people. We're looking for a PA, NP, APRN, or FNP who brings confidence, positivity, strong communication, and a patient-first mindset to the clinic.

You'll work alongside our Medical Director and Center Director to provide care for patients focused on hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness.

What You'll Do

• Provide patient-focused care in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans within established protocols
• Educate patients about their health and treatment options
• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients
• Communicate medical information in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and Center Director
• Support and collaborate with the clinic team
• Help create a welcoming, positive patient experience
• Utilize technology and electronic systems to efficiently manage patient care

What We're Looking For

• Active   Indiana NP or PA license in good standing with no disciplinary actions
• Current DEA license required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, approachable, and confident personality
• Patient-first mindset
• Strong medical judgment and decision-making
• Comfortable explaining medical information in everyday language
• Team player who is willing to jump in and help
• Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Must be available for 2 full weeks of paid training, Monday–Friday

PRN Schedule

This position is primarily scheduled PRN in Indianapolis, with floating to Greenwood and Carmel as needed.

• Minimum 2 shifts per month
• 3 Saturdays during months with 5 Saturdays

Clinic Hours

• Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
