Inside/Outside Sales Person

Job Overview We are a privately owned and operated commercial printing company serving Fortune 100–500 clients. We are seeking a talented, witty, and ambitious inside sales support associate who can think on their feet and is eager to learn. Responsibilities Assist the salesperson by attending in‑house daily meetings. Answer incoming emails and phone calls; write succinct, crisp emails and maintain a professional phone manner. Respond to questions about in‑house orders and assist with order processing. Update CRM records and follow up with customers promptly. Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up‑to‑date notes and tasks. Qualifications Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Minimum high school graduation or G.E.D. equivalent. Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills; ability to work under production deadlines. Strong research skills to quickly and accurately gather key information. Excellent time‑management and ability to meet deadlines. Self‑reliant, able to read and respond to emails appropriately. Independent problem‑solving and ability to find best solutions. Professional handling of clients. Detail‑oriented with excellent attention to accuracy. Self‑starter, organized, and internet savvy with deep knowledge of social media. Good interpersonal and listening skills; flexible and creative. Fast, comprehensive, and accurate note‑taking. Positive attitude and outgoing personality. Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
