** MUST HAVE NY LICENSE TO SUBMIT ** POSITION: LPN/LVN SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING • Shift hours/Contract Length: 5x8 1500p-0330a/ 13 weeks. • Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend • Charting: EPIC experience required • RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests: Must submit requests upon submission • Call off Policy: The client may cancel (call off) up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours. • Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed • Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes • Locals Accepted?
