You must have experience in project managing construction projects. Location: Honolulu, Hawaii (Partially Remote)Role OverviewThis role is for an individual contributor primarily responsible for executing a project plan for a construction initiative. The position involves serving as a liaison for internal customers, third-party vendors, and senior management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects of medium size or complexity, or components of a larger project.Develop and execute project plans, including schedule and resource forecasts.Manage project performance concerning time, budget, scope, and quality, providing input for costs and budget impact.Manage project financials for medium-sized projects.Monitor project risks with guidance from a more senior Project Manager and escalate when appropriate.Manage project activities related to organizational change management, such as user adoption, implementation, and training plans.Assemble internal or external resources, ensuring team member skills align with project demands.Ensure adherence to established processes and policies.Promote the project vision and objectives with the project team.Pursue self-development and effective relationships by sharing information, listening to feedback, and adapting to change.Required QualificationsEducation: A High School diploma is required.Experience:4-5 years of Project Management experience.IT Project Management experience related to construction is essential.Minimum three (3) years of experience working with the implementation of project life cycle methodologies.Minimum three (3) years of experience managing project budgets.Preferred QualificationsA Bachelor's is preferred.A PMP certification is preferred.Work EnvironmentThis role requires travel to various islands in Hawaii approximately 25% of the time.The standard dress code is business formal, with different attire required for construction site walks.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
