The Role

Scrap metal handler will sort and prepare metals for recycling and re-sale. Daily use of tools such as torches and saws to cut up the scrap products. Daily operation of fork lifts and front end loaders throughout scrap yard to stage material/scrap. Occassional operation of gentry crane for moving large, heavy items. All work perfomed in outside sitting of scrap yard.

Must Have

This is a construction environment working in various weather conditions within a shipyard environment. Must be able to work assigned shift as production needs.
