In this role, you’ll work closely with senior finance professionals and cross-functional teams, contributing to everything from financial controlling and accounting to internal reporting and performance analysis . Position Details Role Junior Finance Manager Languages Required English (Fluent), German (Fluent) Location BERLIN – In Person Engagement Type Full Time Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Help to develop & oversee comprehensive business plans to align with ACE Alternatives’ growth objectives. Conduct financial modeling, forecasts, and scenario analyses. Invoicing and Financial Operations Support in timely and accurate invoicing for all services provided. Support the invoicing and accounts receivable process. Optimize accounts receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow. Assist on establishing controls to prevent discrepancies and ensure compliance. Budgeting and Expense Management Help the creation annual budgets and monitor performance against benchmarks. Stakeholder Reporting Support the preparation of detailed financial reports for management, board members, and investors. Maintain transparency and compliance with financial reporting standards. Risk Management & Compliance Identify and mitigate financial risks through robust controls and processes. Help to Ensure compliance with tax regulations, legal requirements, and corporate governance. Assist developing and monitor internal financial policies and procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Initial experience in finance, accounting, or controlling (internships or junior roles welcome). Familiarity with Excel and basic financial software. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach. Relevant internships within the Venture Capital market is a bonus Why Join Us?
