The Operating Room Surgery Services Nurse Educator will report to the Director of Perioperative Services while partnering closely with the OR Nurse Manager, Anesthesia leadership, Surgical Services leadership, Sterile Processing, PACU, and Quality, receiving strong administrative support, access to a modern learning management system, and dedicated education resources to deliver onboarding, preceptor development, annual competencies, continuing education, regulatory readiness, evidence-based practice updates, CNOR preparation, and high-reliability training across circulating and scrub roles within perioperative nursing.
