BMS Pediatric Therapy Group, P.C. is a therapist owned private practice providing high quality speech and developmental therapy services to children ages 6 months through 18 years across the Chicagoland area. We partner with school districts to deliver specialized, compliant, and student-centered related services. We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) during school year 2026-2027 for our school district partner located near Matteson, IL Job Responsibilities Provide direct speech language therapy services in alignment with IEP accommodations and goals.Implement existing IEP goals and collect data to support progress monitoring within a condensed instructional timeframe. Collaborate with speech pathologists, special education teachers, and related service providers to support student access and participation. Complete required documentation, daily service logs, and end of session progress summaries in accordance with district timelines. Support students with mild to intensive communication needs in small group and classroom based settings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited university requiredState of Illinois SLPA License Prior school based experience preferred. Strong understanding of IEP implementation and compliance procedures required. Schedule August- June Monday-Friday (8:00 am-3:30 pm)Full- timeOnsite in the south suburbs of Chicago.
