Our platform combines operational data, AI, maintenance, production, skills, and shop floor execution to help manufacturers spot and solve problems in real time.We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team:Here's How You Can Drive Action That MattersTop Outcomes:Lead Product Launches & Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive successful product launches, customer adoption, and commercial growth.Own Our Market Story: Create compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates L2L, resonates with manufacturers, and enables customer-facing teams to tell a consistent story.Be the Voice of the Market: Turn customer insights, competitive intelligence, analyst relationships, and market trends into recommendations that help drive product strategy and business decisions.What You'll Do:Product Marketing StrategyPartner closely with Product leadership to influence roadmap priorities through customer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and Voice of Customer research.Own the product marketing roadmap across messaging, positioning, launches, competitive intelligence, analyst relations, and market insights.Develop differentiated value propositions, personas, and messaging frameworks.Define product narratives that simplify complex manufacturing challenges.Manage analyst relationships and leverage market research to influence product direction.Measure product marketing success through adoption, retention, customer value, and commercial performance.Product Launches & Go-to-MarketLead cross-functional go-to-market planning for new products, features, and enhancements.Build launch strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue.Drive pricing, packaging, and commercialization initiatives that support business objectives.Communicate product launches via webinars, social media and email to amplify value propositions.Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful execution.Sales EnablementEquip customer-facing teams with the messaging, tools, and content needed to win.Develop sales collateral including battlecards, presentations, competitive comparisons, and product overviews.Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver product training and competitive updates.Voice of Customer & Market IntelligenceBuild and manage Voice of Customer programs, including customer interviews and win/loss analysis.What We're Looking For:5–8+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS.Proven success leading product launches and cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.Exceptional messaging, positioning, and storytelling skills.Proven track record in analyst relations and amplifying company positioning and awarenessExperience conducting customer research, competitive analysis, and market intelligence.Ability to influence product strategy through data, customer insights, and market trends.Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience in manufacturing, industrial software, or frontline workforce technology is a plus.Preferred locations:L2L practices a remote-first approach while offering office space in Burlington, MA.
