We take pride in our commitment to quality, exceptional service, and creating a memorable dining experience for our customers.We are currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable Bussers to join our team in both part-time and full-time roles. As a Busser at Supreme Dumplings, you play a crucial role in creating a clean, welcoming dining environment. You support our servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service for every guest.Key ResponsibilitiesPromptly clear tables, clean tabletops, chairs, booths, and floors between guest visitsRemove used tableware between courses and replace as neededCarry dirty dishes to kitchen and properly sort and stack for cleaningAssist in serving food when neededWipe down or replace dirty tablecloths and seat cushionsRestock service stations and maintain adequate supplies (e.g., glassware, silverware, napkins, condiments)Clean and polish counters, shelves, equipment, and furniture in dining and service areasMop or vacuum floors as needed and respond to spills or accidents promptlyDispose of trash and clean up food or drink spillsRefill beverage or ice dispensersInspect and clean assigned restrooms every 30 minutesCommunicate with servers and hosts to ensure efficient table turnover and seatingRespond to guest requests and relay them to appropriate staffAttend all scheduled staff meetings and participate in team discussionsCollaborate with team members and assist where needed to maintain excellent guest serviceObtain and confirm service area assignments at the beginning of each shiftFill in for teammates when needed to ensure smooth operationsQualifications / RequirementsPrior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred, but not requiredStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessAbility to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)Able to lift and carry up to 30 poundsMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficientlyMust have or obtain a valid Food Handler's PermitPositive attitude and a strong work ethicTeam-oriented and willing to help wherever neededAvailability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as neededBenefitsFlexible schedulingPaid time off and paid sick leaveFree meal during each working shiftEmployee discountsOpportunity to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance plans (eligibility requirements apply)We are an equal opportunity employer to all employees and applicants.
