• Salary Range: $48,000- $56,000 plus PTO
• Working Hours: 8:30am-3:10pm
• Duration: From Aug,2026- June 2027 

???? Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Bilingual Elementary Teacher (Spanish) to join our team on a through the end of the next school year

The ideal candidate will provide instruction in both English and Spanish , support multilingual learners, and create a positive, engaging classroom environment that promotes academic and social-emotional growth.

???? Responsibilities

• Teach Spanish to K-8
• Develop lesson plans aligned with NJ Student Learning Standards
• Support English Language Learners (ELLs) through bilingual instruction
• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Prepare instructional materials and assign classwork/homework
• Assess, grade, and provide feedback on student work
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administration
• Communicate with families regarding student performance
• Document and report behavioral or academic concerns

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Valid NJ DOE Instructional Certificate (Elementary K–8 or appropriate subject area)
• Valid NJ DOE Bilingual/Bicultural Endorsement (Spanish)
• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Previous K–8 teaching experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of classroom management and instructional best practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

???? Important Certification Requirement

Candidates must hold BOTH:

• A valid NJ Instructional Certificate (Teacher of Elementary School K–8 or equivalent)
• AND a Bilingual Endorsement in Spanish

???? Candidates with only a bilingual endorsement (no base certificate) will not be considered.
