Strategically leading marketing initiatives, the full-time Senior Field Marketing Manager will drive pipeline and revenue growth for the North America Financial Services sector by developing and executing account-based marketing strategies while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Financial Services segment, aligning investments to revenue and pipeline targets Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create personalized programs that support the customer buying journey Own reporting on sourced and influenced pipeline, tracking engagement and program effectiveness Required qualifications 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in Financial Services within a technology or SaaS environment Proven success in developing strategies that generate pipeline and influence revenue in complex sales environments Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles and enterprise buying cycles Demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
