Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Job Summary:

Premier Genesee, a leading senior care provider in Batavia, NY, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing team, ensuring exceptional patient care and outcomes. Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Patient-Care Focus: Provide exceptional patient care and supervision to our skilled nursing team, ensuring that all residents receive the highest level of care and attention.

• Supervisory Leadership: Lead and manage a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

• Clinical Expertise: Provide clinical guidance, education, and support to team members to address patient needs and concerns.

• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and optimize patient outcomes.

• Communication: Collaborate effectively with other departments, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and patient satisfaction.

• Staff Development: Mentor and coach team members to promote professional growth, development, and job satisfaction.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Requirements:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in the State of New York

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar nursing leadership role

• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in a skilled nursing setting

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate and respectful approach to patient care
