RN Hospice Clinical Liaison - Community Outreach

Journey Hospice is expanding its PA program and seeks a full-time Clinical Liaison based in Downingtown, PA. The role involves traveling across Chester County to promote hospice services to hospitals, physicians, case managers, social workers and other healthcare professionals. Candidates should have RN/BSN/ASN and PA RN licensure with a valid PA driver’s license.
