The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent potential and a flexible work-life balance, with no on-call duties or weekend shifts!

We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) for our facility located in Millville, NJ. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $122,720 to $128,960, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work closely with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a license as a registered nurse. For Nurse Practitioners, certification is required from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and passing the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is necessary, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where practice regulations permit, the APRN must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice. Similarly, the PA must have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for their practice states.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Posted Salary Range: $122,720.00 - $128,960.00 per year.
