Seeking experienced BPL originators who thrive in a high-production environment. These positions combine company-generated leads with the opportunity to leverage and expand an existing book of business.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Requirements:
- 0 to 2 years as a licensed Loan Officer managing leads with a book of business, leads will be supplemented (preferred)
- Non-QM experience strongly preferred (DSCR, Bank Statement, 5 10 unit);
- no license required for Business Purpose/DSCR loans
- Must pass background check
