About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in leading its operations and driving the organization's mission forward. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Executive Committee, providing essential leadership support to the CEO and acting as a critical link with the Board of Governors. The COO will be responsible for ensuring that operational delivery is efficient, integrated, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. This includes leading the organization's transformation program and chairing the Operations Committee. The role demands a leader who can enhance the pace of mission delivery and is committed to the company's vision of a healthier future for all.
