Travel RN Acute Care/Med-Surg with ER Float - $2,235 per week

Job Description & Requirements TNAA TotalMed RN seeks a travel nurse RN Float Acute Care Med Surg for a position in Ord, Nebraska. The role is for a 12‑hour, night shift, 36 hours per week, 13‑week assignment starting 04/27/2026. Specialty: Acute Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Provide basic bedside care. Clean and bandage wounds. Provide IV therapy. Maintain supplies and medical equipment. Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies. Document medical history, check allergies, obtain vital signs, monitor emotional and physical well‑being. Perform minor medical operations, advise patients and families, plan long‑term care needs. Qualifications 1‑2 years recent acute care experience. ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC certification; 2 years experience (additional certifications may be required before assignment). Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lean, stoop for long periods; lift up to 20 lbs; may lift up to 50 lbs during patient movement. Strong coping skills for high‑stress environment; ability to relate to all ages and backgrounds. Compensation Pay package based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
