ArchWell Health is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine physician to join our growing outpatient practice in Birmingham, AL. This is a true outpatient role focused on an adult/Medicare population 60+ designed for physicians who want to practice high-quality medicine with strong support and a predictable schedule. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a rewarding role with a growing team at one of our well-established Birmingham locations.

• No weekends

• MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM schedule

• Outpatient only no hospital or skilled nursing facility responsibilities

• Minimal call, via phone only and rotates with entire Alabama market providers

Practice Model

You will be supported by a dedicated care team, allowing you to focus on patient care rather than administrative burden:

• Medical assistants and center staff

• Care coordination support

• Average 10-14 patients per day upon ramp up

Who Were Looking For

• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Comfortable caring for adult and Medicare-aged patients

• Team-oriented with a focus on quality and continuity of care

• Physician must have an active, non-probationary Alabama medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Alabama medical licensure
