Whether you prefer pediatric playfulness or the stability of adult care, we have a match for you: Temperance (URGENT - Pediatric): 1-year-old girl with Trach and Vent. Sweet family with siblings and two caged bunnies. Nights (9p-9a), Fri/Sat. Monroe (Pediatric): 5-year-old boy who loves Disney and marble runs! Trach, Vent, and G-Tube dependent. This home has 1 small dog and mom is also a nurse! Days (7a-7p) Sat. Hillsdale (Pediatric/Young Adult): 18-year-old female with CCHS. Requires Vent/Trach/Pacer. This lovely family has 2 small dogs. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care (Trach/Vent management, G-Tube/GJ-Tube feedings, medication administration). Monitor and document vitals and symptoms within our integrated EMR system. Assist with ADLs (repositioning, hygiene, and mobility). Collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure superior patient outcomes. Qualifications Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan. Experience in home health or private duty nursing preferred. Trach/Vent knowledge is helpful, but we will train motivated candidates!
