Responsible for engaging with the organization's internal and external stakeholders to identify the type of data needed, what processes need to be improved, and which tools will suit best; as well as to determine the requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. Experience in the implementation of an e-commerce platform or retail platform that services consumers nationwide. Experience in leading workshops, training sessions, usability studies, demos, requirements gathering, and documentation, and implementation. Work directly with the product owner, UX designer, stakeholders, and the technical team to elicit their feedback on business requirements. Created detailed UAT test cases, manage UAT and preserve testing documentation and ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner. Assisted the QA team to ensure that the user stories can be easily translated into test plans and ensure that the proper testing plans have been completed.
