Restaurant Managers for SMASHBURGER

Smashburger, the country's fastest-growing, FAST casual, "better burger" restaurant is an ENERGETIC, modern and upbeat concept. We offer HANDCRAFTED gourmet burgers that use FRESH, never frozen 100% certified beef, made to order CRISP entree' salads, hand-breaded crispy and grilled chicken sandwiches, as well as, a variety of MOUTHWATERING sides and decadent Haagen Dazs handspun MILKSHAKES.

We are currently searching for ENTHUSIASTIC, energetic people to join our TEAM. If you have a great SMILE, a positive attitude and a PASSION for teamwork, then we want YOU. We offer competitive wages, as well as, a strong COMMITMENT to promote from within.

We are looking for EXCEPTIONAL people who inspire and lead by example. You must have high operational STANDARDS and the ability to teach others on these standards. You must be able to think on your feet in a high volume situation and have PRIDE in what you do.

Job Requirements:

A minimum of 1 years' EXPERIENCE in a High Volume Restaurant Environment
Must have a "CAN DO" attitude
Hospitality-orientated and passionate about FOOD
Ability to lead, COACH and counsel others
Execute company standards and CULTURE
