You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPLOYEE BENEFITS) in the FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHEAST COMMAND OPERATIONS DEPT HUMAN CAPITAL MGMT DIV of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Specialized experience performing the following duties: Advice Federal service administering or advising on Federal Employee Compensation Act (FECA) or workers' compensation programs. Specialized experience must demonstrate knowledge of federal workers' compensation laws, regulations, and policies; interpreting and applying FECA guidance; providing technical advice to management and employees; analyzing and resolving complex injury compensation cases; administering claims and return-to-work processes; and developing recommendations to ensure program compliance and effectiveness. Strong analytical, communication, and program management skills are required..
