We're hiring a Pediatrician in Clearwater, Florida who wants meaningful impact, coastal lifestyle balance, and strong earning potential.

You'll step into an outpatient role focused on well-child visits, sick visits, immunizations, and preventive pediatric care. No inpatient responsibilities. You'll have strong MA support and structured scheduling that allows you to focus on patient care.

• Light primary care call every 6–8 weeks, comp day provided for weekend call

• 18 patients per day average with 20-minute appointment blocks

• Base salary starting at $183,190+ with bonus potential up to $30,000

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $183,190

• Performance bonus up to $30,000
