Client/SSA (Local Only) - Software Asset Management Lead/SMEWoodlawn, MD (5 days per week onsite)Key Required Skills: The Software Asset Management Lead is responsible for assisting SSA with their software asset lifecycle program, ensuring strong governance, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and cost optimization. This role works with a team of technical professionals and partners closely with Infrastructure, Security, Procurement, Finance, and Risk Management to protect enterprise assets and reduce operational and compliance risk.Experience in managing the end-to-end Software Asset Management (SAM) lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and retirement of software assets across the enterpriseExperience in utilizing ServiceNow Asset Management (SAM PRO) for tracking and managing SW assetsDevelop and maintain policies, procedures, and standard operating controls to mitigate cybersecurity, endpoint, and physical asset riskStrong verbal and written communicationsFactors To Help You Shine (Required Skills): Selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearanceSelected candidate must be willing to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD 5 days a weekMaster's and 5+ years of experience, Bachelor's and 7+ years of experience or 13+ years in lieu of a degreeHow To Stand Out From The Crowd (Desired Skills): Experience building and maturing enterprise IT Asset governance programsITIL certificationGovernance, audit, or risk certifications
