ACLAL SPECIALTY CONTRACTING, INC. IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING RESUMES FOR A PURCHASING CLERK POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Hourly LOCATION: Fremont, CA WAGE SCALE: $26.00-$36.00 RESPONSIBILITIES: Placing orders for roofing materials and supplies as needed Follow up with vendors regarding purchasing questions and discrepancies Receive and verify order confirmations Running and reviewing key reports in SAP Confirm all coding is accurate Setting up vendor accounts Performs inquiry and posting of invoices, auditing quantity and pricing for accuracy Review and reconciliation of vendor statements Maintain material order logs Maintain vendor discrepancy and issue logs Coordinate logistics with vendors Various other administrative duties as assigned Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected QUALIFICATIONS: 2 to 4 years of purchasing experience Must be able to operate a personal computer and other various standard office equipment Hands-on experience with SAP is preferred but not required Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Regular attendance is required Valid CA driver's license COMPANY: Alcal Specialty Contracting, Inc.
