Nurturing, Patient Sitter for Two Young Children - Wednesdays + Ad Hoc

We're looking for a warm, nurturing and patient babysitter for our 4-year-old and 2-year-old. The priority is attentive care, active play and a calm, safe environment. Spanish-English bilingual preferred. The regular schedule is Wednesdays, 5:30-8 p.m., starting Oct. 1. Duties include school pickup, play, dinner and pajamas. We also need ad hoc help on other nights, averaging 4-8 hours weekly, plus light kitchen and living-room cleanup. A valid driver's license is required. Your own car is preferred, but our car may be available. Please share your experience, language ability, driving situation and availability, plus 2-3 references.
