Job Overview: Join our fast-paced kitchen team! We are looking for dependable, high-energy Line and Prep Cooks who take pride in crafting quality food and keeping our kitchen running smoothly. In this role, you will prepare our signature gourmet pizzas, appetizers, and menu items to precise recipes and standards, ensuring every guest gets exceptional quality and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, stretch dough, top, and bake gourmet pizzas, appetizers, and house specialties following exact recipe guidelines.
• Operate pizza deck ovens and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during high-volume shifts.
• Manage prep work, including chopping fresh ingredients, portioning toppings, and batching sauces to keep stations fully stocked.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace in adherence to food safety and health code standards.
• Assist with kitchen cleanup, dishwashing, and station tear-down at the end of shifts.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff and kitchen teammates to ensure smooth order flow.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous food prep or line cook experience preferred (pizza kitchen experience is a major plus!).
• Strong attention to detail, speed, and consistency in a high-volume environment.
• Understanding of basic food safety practices and proper ingredient handling.
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a reliable work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long periods, work in a warm kitchen environment, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including evening and weekend availability.
