Emergency Management Specialist

Temporary Emergency Power ACI Contract CORServes as the lead Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for the Temporary Emergency Power ACI contract. Advises the Emergency Management Chief and Subject Matter Experts on all aspects of ACI contracts. Maintains effective surveillance of contracts to ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). Validates contractor invoicing against Daily Expenditure Reports and resolves any inaccuracies. Processes funding requirements based on accepted contractor proposals and monitors contract funding during FEMA operations. Serves as the Mission Manager-Contracting Officer Representative (MM-COR) Cadre Lead. Develops and manages the budget for the TEMP ACI maintenance and management program.
