Payroll Administrator Assistant

Chicago Chapter of the American Payroll Association

Brooklyn, NY

We are located in Lake Zurich seeking a detail orientated and organized Payroll Administrator Assistant to work full or part-time Monday through Thursday and/or Friday 9am - 5pm in a fast- paced environment that is a required ON-SITE position. RESPONSIBILITIES include: Set-up, process and review client payrolls Provide monthly and quarterly reports Respond to client inquiries Manage inventory and administrative projects for the office Additional working hours are expected at the start and end of each quarter, especially December and January. Qualified candidates will have 3 plus years payroll experience in a corporate payroll environment or payroll service provider. Must be detail oriented and love numbers. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, customer service and organizations skills. Familiarity with basic payroll laws is strongly desired. #J-18808-Ljbffr
