Caregiver

The Caregiver provides direct care services to clients in their homes or community settings. This role supports clients with daily living activities while ensuring services are delivered safely, respectfully, and in accordance with care plans and organizational standards.

The Caregiver provides personal care and support services as outlined in client care plans. Assists clients with activities of daily living as assigned. Maintains a safe and respectful environment for clients. Arrives on time for all scheduled visits. Communicates promptly regarding schedule changes or emergencies. Completes assigned visits as scheduled. Accurately documents services delivered using approved systems. Reports incidents, concerns, or changes in client condition immediately. Follows documentation and reporting standards at all times. Maintains professional boundaries and confidentiality. Communicates respectfully with clients, families, and team members. Follows all company policies and procedures.

Minimum 1 year of caregiving or related experience. Ability to follow care plans and instructions. Reliable transportation within service area. Ability to pass background check and required screenings.

Field-based work in client homes or community settings. Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Ability to assist clients with mobility as required. Reasonable accommodations provided in accordance with applicable law.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position.
