Communicate effectively about goals, promotions, and important business updates. Create and nurture a positive, collaborative family environment. Assist in preparing work schedules. Participate in ordering food and supplies. Help prepare daily paperwork and make daily deposits. Provide on-the-job training to employees. Capacity to work collaboratively in a somewhat confined space. Ensure safety around high-temperature equipment, boiling water, and hot shortening.
