Job Summary/Basic Function
Provides extensive clinic coordination, intake management, scheduling, data management, and student support. Specific Responsibilities
Teaching assistant assigned to CD 696 Clinical Practicum in Speech, Language, and Hearing for the full year. This person (along with others on similar assignments) calls all clinical intakes to explain the Rowe Center process, contact clients for scheduling information, set up client files, maintain client files for active/inactive/archived, maintain inventory of tests and PPE, creates forms, processes data, schedules evaluations and screenings, serves as point of contact for clinician questions, maintains order of clinical materials, grades assignments, maintains clinician mailboxes/photo ID wall, assigns clinic lockers, provide clinical orientation meetings and tours for incoming undergrads and grads, exports and saves requested sessions in Milestone, maintains data base of clinical documents, organizes the Rowe Center schedule board and tracks Rowe Center client absences, covers a shift in the materials room or the reception desk.
