The Role: Coordination & Execution

You are the link between our customers and our elite operators. Your duties include:

• Professional Communication: Handle incoming calls with a professional demeanor and provide clear, concise information to customers and drivers.
• Logistics Support: Utilize basic vehicle and local geography knowledge (interstates and highways) to assist in routing and service coordination.
• Information Management: Perform accurate data entry and maintain meticulous records of service calls.
• Administrative Excellence: Assist with general office duties and ensure the smooth flow of daily operations.
• Integrity: Handle all driver and employee information with the utmost confidentiality .
