Key Responsibilities Dedicated to delivering award‑winning customer service in an inside‑sales environment. Identify prospective customers through company‑generated inbound leads. Conduct customer needs analysis to understand goals. Create relationships with prospects and customers to establish trust and encourage referral business. Follow up with outbound calls to interested consumers. Close sales and advise customers on next steps. Stay current on new products and complete ongoing education for licensing and compliance. Qualifications 2+ years of mortgage origination experience. Proven track record of success in a sales or customer service oriented environment. Strong phone presence, listening, and presentation skills. Ability to multitask, solve problems, and manage time in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Team player with ability to thrive in a structured and competitive environment. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional experience preferred.
