Located in the dynamic city of Lakewood, Your Team Colorado is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent to lead our client engagement and lead conversion efforts. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and has a genuine enthusiasm for real estate. You will play a key role in linking potential buyers and sellers with our expert team, ensuring a seamless and positive journey from the very first interaction. - Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts
- Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
- Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
- Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
- Manage database and productivity reports
- Commit to skill development through education and script practice
- Become a real estate local expert
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Sales experience tracking to a quota
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and internalize scripts
- Team player
- Real estate license preferred
