Solutions Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

Guide emerging product areas from development through market adoption with customers
Serve as technical expert advisor on customer accounts and scientific implementations
Oversee service engagements to ensure solution quality and successful delivery
Create and maintain solution assets including documentation and best practices
Develop and execute enablement initiatives to train the broader CX organization

Requirements

Expertise in scientific domains and modalities within life sciences R&D
Experience translating product capabilities into customer-facing solutions
Cross-functional collaboration skills across product, enablement, and delivery teams
Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices
Comfort operating with ambiguity and limited existing guidance in emerging areas
AI fluency and experience integrating AI tools into workflows
