We are seeking a motivated and dynamic "A PLAYER" Insurance Agents to join our fast paced and fun team!

Our mission and your goal is to provided new potential clients with outstanding "Customer First" service while selling and providing Auto, Homeowners, Renters, and Life insurance, along with other complimentary insurance products.

ALL LEADS are provided. Achievable on target commissions will ensure the agent earns above 100k in their first year of employment.

Cold calling is required for purchased leads however ambitious efforts are made by agency and staff to generate more "warm leads" and help avoid burn out

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.

Provide clients with information about different insurance products, including coverage options and benefits.

Negotiate terms of insurance policies to meet client needs while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

Perform sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy details.

Requirements

Property Casualty license active in TX

(have or obtain General Life Health license within 3 months of start date)

Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or related fields is advantageous.

Bilingual is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, In Office - This is Not a Remote Position

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year or higher
