Job Title: On-Call Caregiver Location: Roseville and Sacramento Job Type: On-Call / As-Needed
About Us: Care Central Professionals Homecare focuses on creating a reliable and compassionate care environment that adapts to the diverse needs of our clients. Our caregivers provide critical support and peace of mind to families.
Job Description: We are looking for flexible, reliable On-Call Caregivers to step in and provide care on short notice. This role is ideal for those with a flexible schedule who are ready to make a difference whenever the need arises.
Responsibilities:
- Immediate Care Assistance: Provide personal care, companionship, and household support as needed based on client requirements.
- Companionship: Offer meaningful social interaction, activities, and emotional support to clients.
- Adaptability: Be prepared to adjust and perform a range of caregiving tasks based on individual client needs and circumstances.
- Safety and Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in client health and behavior.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior caregiving experience with flexibility for on-call shifts preferred.
- Availability: Must be available on short notice for varying shifts.
- Skills: Quick adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to care.
- License/Certification: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Background Check: Completion of a background check and drug screening.
