What You’ll Do The Senior Manager on Strive’s Performance Team will work cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making, strategy development, and execution around total cost of care (TCOC) reduction. This role works closely with clinical, financial, technology, and operational leaders to establish governance processes and track performance against key organizational priorities - from strategy development through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization. The candidate must be entrepreneurial, solution-focused, and highly collaborative. They should be a curious self-starter, who is excited about the prospect of identifying opportunities and designing solutions to advance the business. This role will report to the Senior Director, Operations. The Day to Day Build subject matter expertise in key reporting tools and data sources that inform Strive’s performance metrics, delivering visibility to company-wide performance results through clean, intuitive reporting. Monitor and report on performance metrics regularly to Strive’s leaders, identifying areas of success, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks. Serve as a go-to resource for in-depth insights and education on all enterprise performance goals. Develop standards and processes that facilitate Strive’s priority and strategy setting. Support TCOC process and performance reviews with regional clinical and operational leaders. Support the governance structure, operating cadence, and program management processes for Strive’s enterprise transformation initiatives. Coordinate execution across major workstreams, including clinical model evolution, technology modernization, workforce transition, product and customer experience changes, and reporting and analytics modernization. Support development and implementation of enterprise OKRs and KPIs that align with Strive’s mission and priorities. Work with business owners to identify and validate value, performance, and goals for new projects and investments. Create presentations and provide analytical support for internal Business Reviews and Board of Directors meetings. Meet in personwith internaland/orexternal stakeholders tofacilitateteam and businesspriorities/opportunities. Business travel may be required for opportunities to connect with stakeholders, serve patients, and attend Strive-sponsored team events. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant fields. 5+ years of relevant experience 2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with Operations and Finance functions 2+ years of experience using Excel for data analysis at an intermediate level or above 2+ years of experience creating PowerPoint presentations for a variety of internal stakeholders, including Executives Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the US healthcare system, with focus on Value-Based Care. Management Consulting experience. About You Analytical mindset, focused on building,implementing,and tracking the success of companywide programs. Strong executive presence with polished communication and presentation skills. Self-starter with strong bias for action and going where there is a need. Holds self and others accountable for high-quality,timely, and effective results. Annual Base Salary Range Annual Base Salary Range: $108,500 - $136,000. This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 15% Final compensation will be determined based on location, experience, and qualifications.
