Leasing Manager

Overview The Leasing Manager is a key leader who sets goals and guarantees results. Working closely with the General Manager, the role involves developing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and maximizing revenue while maintaining excellent resident service. Responsibilities • Develop and execute leasing and sales strategies. • Lead, coach, and mentor the leasing team to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. • Foster a collaborative and results‑driven environment that supports overall team success. Qualifications Subject matter expert with strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills. Passionate about sales leadership, training, and coaching to drive community sales results. Excellent communicator able to manage stressful, urgent, and diverse work situations. Committed to delivering signature service to residents, associates, vendors, and investors. Sales professional who maximizes revenue through elevated closing ratios and surpassing budgeted occupancy expectations. Experience 1–2 years of residential property management sales experience. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay of $28.00–$30.00 plus performance bonuses. Health, vision, dental, and 401(k) with company match.
