Hwy 105 Palmer Lake, CO 80133 Clinical Schedule: 8am-5pm, 7-days a week We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), or Physician Assistant (PA) to join the clinical team at Recovery Village Indianapolis . This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys treating both the medical and psychiatric needs of patients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive medical and psychiatric assessment and treatment for patients throughout the addiction treatment continuum. Evaluate patients for substance use disorders, intoxication, withdrawal, and other medical or psychiatric conditions. Assess and manage withdrawal symptoms and prescribe medications in accordance with established protocols and clinical judgment. Evaluate medication effectiveness, adverse effects, complications, and potential drug interactions. Assess patients for risk of suicide or harm to others using evidence-based tools, including the Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) and PHQ-9 . Develop individualized treatment recommendations based on clinical findings and patient needs. Assess nutritional concerns and deficiencies and provide appropriate interventions or referrals. Evaluate and manage acute and chronic pain using appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic approaches. #J-18808-Ljbffr
