This second-shift Production Assembler role focuses on assembling parts within a manufacturing environment. The position offers a contract-to-hire path with significant opportunities for growth into more advanced technical and leadership roles.

Responsibilities:

• Follow basic work orders and assembly instructions
• Assemble components using a variety of hardware and hand tools as specified in the assembly documentation.
• Perform visual inspection of assemblies to verify correct component placement, orientation, and overall quality.
• Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documentation to guide assembly and troubleshooting activities.
• Troubleshoot basic electronic assembly issues and assist in resolving component or assembly problems.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ruffs Dale, PA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
