Direct Support Professional (DSP) Starting rate $18.50/hr. plus $1.50/hr shift differential when applicable. Do you have your DSP certification? Wide range of open positions in our Community Homes (driver's license required, Beaver County) and Intermediate Care Facility (New Brighton). Full-time 40 hrs per week (5 8 hr shifts) Part-time 32 hours per week (4 8 hr shifts) DSP Job Duties: Meet individuals' daily physical, emotional, and spiritual needs Participate in daily social, recreational, and community based activities Assist in bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene, and positioning.
