Position Summary This position is focused on supporting Walmart’s asset protection and safety initiatives through security monitoring, health and safety compliance, and collaborative partnership with facility staff. The role involves monitoring access control equipment, conducting audits, analyzing data, and providing training support. Monitors and maintains access control equipment. Employee Health and Safety Accesses organizational resources to address health and safety hazards. Supports implementation of OSHA and industry-specific guidelines. Highlights business risks related to employee health and safety. Maintains directory of emergency response personnel. Summons emergency services as necessary. Conducts compliance, safety, and food safety audits. Creates audit reports and interfaces with workers’ compensation issues. Analyzes and reports claim types for settlement. Partnership Collaboration Owns delivery of project activity and tasks assigned by others. Supports process updates and changes. Solve simple business issues and demonstrates functional knowledge of the unit. Data and Digital Literacy Gathers and interprets data in a digital environment. Analyzes and creates reports using existing models and templates. Leverages technology for transactional activities and data quality checks. Suggests automation tasks using RPA, AI, or cloud-based applications. EHS Training Delivery Supports instructors in training programs. Manages feedback solicitation from participants. Utilizes training lifecycles to support initiatives. Maintains repositories of benchmarks for instructors. Explains processes to contractors. Hourly wage range for this position is $24.40–$27.90 per hour, plus applicable premiums. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Minimum Qualifications At least 6 months experience as a Walmart associate, OR 1 year of work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security‑related field. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint and OneDrive.
