Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Front Desk member to join our team. Dental experience is a must to be considered . In this role, you will provide support to our office employees, our hygienists and clinical staff ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, making hygiene treatment plans, sending forms via Weave, calling for faxbacks, collecting payments, and emailing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. 

Responsibilities 

• Answer incoming phone calls, routing them to the appropriate person if necessary
• Schedule appointments and maintain a full calendar
• Check patients in/out and confirm their forms have been received
• Send out patient forms and call to confirm appointment and out of pockets 
• Write emails, send texts
• Contribute to company reports
• Maintain an organized desk while executing daily tasks

Qualifications

• 3+ YEARS OF DENTAL EXPERIENCE NECESSARY TO BE CONSIDERED. IT IS A MUST TO APPPLY.
• Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize daily responsibilities
