Landscape ArchitectA civil engineering firm located near Woodbine, MD is seeking a full-time Landscape Architect with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience. Prepare planning documents including feasibility studies, construction documents and subdivision/land development plans; produce project designs/calculations, plans and permit applications and coordinate with reviewing agencies; conduct review and interpretation of ordinances and regulations. BS Degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field of study; proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D software; Maryland State, County and Municipal level regulatory experience; an understanding of, and experience with, the municipal land development and NPDES permitting process.
